We had an absolutely phenomenal private tour of Xi'an with our guide, Rosa. From the start, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Our day was perfectly paced, covering the iconic Big Wild Goose Pagoda, the impressive Ancient City Wall, the Bell and Drum Towers, and the fascinating Muslim Quarter and Great Mosque.
Rosa didn't just show us the sites; she brought history to life. Her explanations were deep and engaging, offering rich background information that was enlightening for everyone. She was also full of wonderful tips for what we could do on our own.
The highlight of the afternoon was Rosa's brilliant suggestion to see the "Legend of the Camel Bell" show. We were utterly blown away! The theater itself is a technological marvel, with the entire audience seating area revolving to face different stages. With real camels, stunning water effects, and a powerful story of the Silk Road, it was a true crowning glory to our day. An absolute must-see!
Throughout it all, we enjoyed a smooth ride in a very clean car with our excellent private driver. We cannot recommend Rosa and this tour highly enough. A perfect 10/10 experience!
