First, you will visit Great Mosque, it is located at 30 Huajue Lane in the center of the city, is the largest mosque in China and one of the hottest attractions for today. The Great Mosque in Xi'an was built in early Ming dynasty with Chinese construction and architectural style, features Islamic culture with carving and the integration of Chinese traditional. The wooden archway in the front courtyard was built in the 17th century, and is around nine meters high, with upturned eaves, painted rafters and carved beams, standing alongside the screen wall. The Honored Prayer Hall, Worship Hall, Shengxin Lou and Phoenix Pavilion are also must-sees in the mosque.

Next stop is Daxingshan Temple. Daxingshan Temple is one of the oldest buddhist temples in China and a birthplace of Chinese Tantric Buddhism. It was founded during the Western Jin Dynasty (265-316). Daxingshan Temple is a pure and peaceful Buddhist space in the prosperous metropolis.During the Sui and Tang Dynasties (581-907), Buddhism prevailed widely in Chang’an (today’s Xian). Many Indian monks translated Buddhist sutras and promulgated Buddhist doctrines here. At that time, the Daxingshan Temple became one of three sutras translation sites, together with Da Ci'en Temple and Jianfu Temple. 
Highlihgts: The Daxingshan Temple was an important temple during the western Jin Dynasty. The interiors of the Daxingshan Temple today have many Qing Dynasty features. There is a Mountain Gate, a Devaraja Hall flanked by the figures of the four heavenly kings, the Mahavira Hall, the Bell and Drum Towers and the Kwan Yin Palace. A wooden statue of Maitreya Buddha stands in the center of the Devaraja Hall. The Kwan Yin Palace has a sandalwood statue of Kwan Yin with a thousand hands. The temple is an active one and worshippers throng the building during Buddhist festivals. The area around the temple has been converted into a small tranquil park. At present, the Temple with surrounding areas became a park temple and open to travelers.

Then continue your tour to Guangren Lama Temple. Nestled inside the northwest corner of the ancient city walls of Xi’an is the little-visited Guangren Temple (The Temple for Spreading Benevolence). It’s a small but full-blown Tibetan-style temple, with maroon walls, white stupas, prayer wheels, multicolored pennants flapping in the wind, and lamas in typical maroon robes with yellow undergarments. It is a witness to Tibetan and Han nationality's cultural communication and national solidification, as a way station for high-level lamas traveling along the Silk Road between China’s northwest and the capital in Beijing.  

The last stop is Muslim Quarter. The Muslim Quarter is located 100 meters west of Bell Tower, which is one of the most well-known parts of the city. This street is 5 meters in wide and around 500 meters in length. The street is lined on both sides with different shapes and different size, it features silk scarves, name chops, colorful farmer’s paintings, traditional Shaanxi handicrafts, like the delicate and beautiful 'paper cuts'.  Besides, Palatable snacks is ubiquitous on Muslim Street, all restaurant are Muslim ones and various Muslim food are easily available, that would be a great feast to your eyes and your stomach, such locals' favorite ones as roasted beef, roasted fish, and pancakes are all at your disposal and the price here is reasonable.

After the tour ends, you will be taken back to your hotel in Xi'an or Xi'an train station.
