If you're looking for a truly unique tour experience, you can't beat the Private Day Tour of Mount Huashan with Round-Trip Cable Car from Xi'an. Our guide, Tilla, was outstanding, providing us with an authentic taste of Xi'an through colorful details about its rich history and culture. The tour itself was worth every penny, especially the scenic bus ride to the mountain. Once we arrived at Huashan, we boarded a cable car that offered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. The vistas were absolutely spectacular, and there were plenty of photo opportunities to capture the stunning scenery.
At the top, we were greeted with even more magnificent views and had the chance to do some hiking. Comfortable shoes are essential! We wore lightweight tennis shoes, and they were perfect for the terrain. Overall, this tour was an incredible experience, and the beauty of Mount Huashan will stay with us forever. Highly recommended for anyone looking to see some of China’s most awe-inspiring landscapes!

I had an excellent tour today with Ken and highly recommend it! Ken was an amazing guide—knowledgeable, full of interesting facts, and great at navigating us through the crowds at a relaxed pace. His excellent English made the experience feel like a conversation rather than a scripted tour. I asked about China, Xi'an, and its culture, and he always had insightful answers. The stunning views of Mount Huashan were also a highlight, with its breathtaking landscapes and rugged beauty.
Ken also helped me arrange a car to the airport the next day at half the cost of the hotel’s service and suggested great souvenirs for my friends and grandkids. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

We had an amazing day on our Xi'an tour as a family of five! Our first stop was the Terracotta Warriors Reproduction Factory, where we learned about the mold manufacturing process and gained a deeper understanding of the Warriors. We also bought some authentic souvenirs. Next, we visited the Terracotta Warriors site, starting with Pit 1 to see the warriors and horses, followed by the repair area, and then Pits 3 and 2. We wrapped up at the Exhibition Hall. Be ready for crowds and assertive visitors, so it’s helpful to navigate politely to enjoy the full experience.
Afterward, we visited the Bell Tower for stunning city views, then explored the lively Muslim Quarter with its vibrant market full of spices, textiles, and local treats. The experience was unforgettable, and we even met Yang Gaojian, one of the farmers who discovered the site. Highly recommend this tour, especially for families!

Hallo,
I am planning my trip to west China in May 2025.
I would like to travel with my 5 friends along to Ancient Silk Route and Taklamakan desert.
I am looking for somebody who can help me to rent 5 motorbikes for a period of two weeks.

Hi Jarek,
That sounds like an amazing trip! Traveling along the Ancient Silk Route and through the Taklamakan Desert by motorbike will be an unforgettable experience.
But for your trip along the Ancient Silk Route and through the Taklamakan Desert, we would recommend using private vehicles instead of motorbikes due to the unique geographical factors of Xinjiang. The region's terrain can be challenging, and private vehicles will offer greater comfort, flexibility, and safety, especially when navigating the vast desert areas.
We can assist you in arranging private vehicles for your group, along with an experienced driver who is familiar with the routes. This way, you can travel comfortably and at your own pace, while also being able to fully enjoy the stunning landscapes along the Silk Road.
Let me know if you'd like more information on this option, and I can help you further with the planning!
